She also collaborates as an J-idol expert with Manga Barcelona, the largest anime convention in Spain
bunny☆kaisui is an overseas idol and entertainer who sings and dance to Japanese Pop (JPop) and Anison. She performs solo and regularly participates in dance competitions and exhibitions at different Japanese culture related conventions. She sings and dances but also encourages her fans and public to participate by doing wotagei.
From an early age she has been interested in anime music and quickly became interested in Japanese Pop, especially Japanese female Idols. That is why she enjoys collecting Live DVDs and BDs from her favorite groups as well as attending concerts in Japan.
She is active in social networks such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, SHOWROOM or NicoNicoDouga where she shares her singing and dancing covers regularly. She was one of the co-founders of IDOL⋆ROMANCE, a community of idol enthusiast that helped spreading the idol and wota culture in Spain.
To complement her performances, she makes her own outfits designed by her and inspired by Japanese fashion or the costumes of her favorite groups and singers.
Since her first mini live in 2011, some of her performances have been broadcasted by J-MELO music program (NHK World TV), thus receiving the award for best singer ("Singer Search Video Special Award") of 2012 and numerous praises from the same artists she pays tribute to.
In 2015 she did her first mini live in Akihabara (Japan), along with other Japanese idols. In 2017 she signed with Japanese company HAF Records and made her debut with a digital album of Anime song covers. The next year, she released her first physical CD.
Her concerts include a repertoire based on Jpop, Anison and J-Idols song which are carefully studied and rehearsed to convey the same passion and energy as the originals with a personal touch.
At the 24th edition of Salón del Manga de Barcelona in 2018, she was able to perform as opening act of the first edition of the IDOL CONTEST, a contest of idol covers where she is also a judge alongside former NMB48 member, Emika Kamieda. In top of that, bunny had the honor of doing a collaboration with her by performing one of the most iconic NMB48's songs "Seishun no Lap Time".
In 2019, she was able to accomplish another dream: releasing her first original song. In collaboration with composer Sakagami Souchi from Japan, she released "Sore ga zenbu, yume ni tsunagaru", a song that talks about working hard for your dreams and believing in yourself. That same year, she had the opportunity to perform as opening act of AKB48 who were guest at Manga Barcelona 25.
After all the conventions were cancelled in 2020 due to the COVID-19, she started doing online concerts at streaming platforms such as SHOWROOM as well as participating actively in other online conventions from around the world, which help her gaining international recognition.
As for the future, she's looking forward to collaborate with artists from around the world and creating original music and dances as well as keep performing her favorite Jpop songs!!
